The Entrepreneur Visa (Tier 1) was available until 2019. Now the UK has introduced two new visas for business aspirants. If overseas nationals wish to start a business, they can apply for an Innovator Visa. This category gives you the option of settling permanently in the UK. To apply for settling permanently or the Indefinite Leave to Remain, an Innovator must achieve significant success in the field of entrepreneurship. The applicant must also have lived 3 years in the UK. The endorsing body which issued an endorsement approving your business idea must confirm the success of your business.

  • Gross revenue of more than £1,000,000 for the past year.
  • If the gross revenue for the year was a smaller amount, that is, £500,000, then £100,000 must have been received from export operations.
  • Your company must have created 10 full-time jobs for citizens and resident workers of the country or their equivalent such as 20 part-time jobs.
